The DPS CareerConnect Program allows students to gain relevant technical and soft skills and workplace experience with the potential to earn college credit and certifications while you are still in high school! The following is Denver Public School’s CareerConnect Model.
Click on any of the above pathways to learn more about specific courses under each pathway, average salaries for individuals in that pathway, and locations of where those Career & Technical Education (CTE) Courses are located.
Denver Online High School houses two pathways, CreativeConnect and TechConnect. Denver Online High School’s teachers teach the Career & Technical Education (CTE) courses associated with these two specific pathways. However, should a student wish to pursue one of the other pathways, no problem! Students will simply take their CTE courses through one of the schools hosting that specific pathway, while taking the rest of their courses through Denver Online High School. Therefore, the opportunities are endless for students, regardless of which pathway they choose!
Below shows the two pathway Denver Online High School offers.
