Youth Celebrate Diversity

What:  Join hundreds of teens and teachers from across Colorado for this day-long conference dealing with issues of diversity and inclusion.  This unique and powerful conference is entirely planned by and for students.

When:  Saturday March 26, 7:30am – 4pm (you don’t have to stay the entire time).

Where: Cherry Creek High School

How:    Transportation is not provided.  However, students can request an RTD bus ticket to use specifically to attend this event.   

Other:  Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge at the event. Bring a water bottle; wear comfortable, warm clothing.

  1. BE AWARE:  There are only 10 spots, so act quickly (ONLY if you seriously plan to follow through and attend!);
  1. RSVP to:   Jody_Wickers@dpsk12.net right away (deadline: Monday, March 21) with your name & phone number to hold your spot. It’s a good idea to include your parent on the email as well for open communication and opportunities to ask questions.
  1. AFTER  you RSVP to Ms. Wickers, click here to REGISTER (scroll down to the “select your workshops” section). DEADLINE: All participants must register for their workshops no later than the end of the day on Tuesday, March 22
  1. Read your emails for responses from the Conference organization.
