Paid Student Opportunity with Upstream

Our friends at Upstream have a really exciting opportunity for y’all: they’re inviting students from our school to apply to their Student Task Force. The Student Task Force is a paid summer opportunity where students edit lessons in the curriculum, propose new tools for the program, and learn from wellness practitioners. If you’re passionate about student mental health and making an impact, this opportunity is for you!

Students are paid $15/hour for 7.5 hours of work each week, totaling $900  for the summer. 

Starting Monday, June 17th, 2024, the schedule for the Student Task Force is as follows for eight weeks over Zoom:

• Mondays: Task Force Meeting from 2-4 pm MT/4-6 pm ET
• Tuesdays: Wellness Session from 2-3:30 pm MT/4-5:30 pm ET
• Wednesdays: Independent Work Time for 2 hours to edit lessons and provide feedback on lessons
• Thursdays: Task Force Meeting from 2-4 pm MT/4-6 pm ET

*The Student Task Force will not meet on July 4th.
