Proof of Colorado Residency

Each student at Denver Online must prove Colorado residency every single year.

Submit ONE of the following: A Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, SNAPS Benefits Document, Denver Housing Authority Document, or Colorado Health and Human Services Document.

• IT MUST HAVE ALL 4 THINGS SHOWING ON IT.
  1. ​​​​​​​The Date
     • Recent documents are best, but it must be dated within 365 days of Oct. 1st, 2024
     • If rental agreement, it must show agreement runs through Oct. 1st, 2024
  2. Your Address
  3. Your Name (If the person who pays the bill is different than a student’s guardian, you will also need to send a hand-written note from the person paying the bill stating who they are in relation to the student and who is living with them. Then they must sign and date it.)
  4. The Company, Agency, or Document Title showing what the document is and where it coming from. In most cases, it’s easiest just to copy the entire document.

• It MUST be signed with a WET SIGNATURE, meaning it CANNOT BE TYPED. It will not be accepted if it does not have a wet (hand-written) signature.
• It must be FULLY filled out. Please ensure ALL sections are filled.
• The “Name of Online School/Program” is “Denver Online”
