Proof of Colorado Residency
Each student at Denver Online must prove Colorado residency every single year.
Submit ONE of the following: A Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, SNAPS Benefits Document, Denver Housing Authority Document, or Colorado Health and Human Services Document.
- IT MUST HAVE ALL 4 THINGS SHOWING ON IT.
- The Date
- Recent documents are best, but it must be dated within 365 days of Oct. 1st, 2024
- If rental agreement, it must show agreement runs through Oct. 1st, 2024
- Your Address
- Your Name (If the person who pays the bill is different than a student’s guardian, you will also need to send a hand-written note from the person paying the bill stating who they are in relation to the student and who is living with them. Then they must sign and date it.)
- The Company, Agency, or Document Title showing what the document is and where it coming from. In most cases, it’s easiest just to copy the entire document.

- It MUST be signed with a WET SIGNATURE, meaning it CANNOT BE TYPED. It will not be accepted if it does not have a wet (hand-written) signature.
- It must be FULLY filled out. Please ensure ALL sections are filled.
- The “Name of Online School/Program” is “Denver Online”
