How to Complete Online Registration

Step 1: Log Into Parent Portal Account.

• Registration must be completed through Parent Portal by the student’s primary guardian in the student’s primary household.  **Access Parent Portal on a computer using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers; registration is not mobile friendly.

  • Create a Parent Portal account here
    • **Note: You will need your student’s student ID number to create an account. If by chance you do not know your student’s ID number, please email me at kaci_sintek@dpsk12.net and I’ll send it to you!

Step 2: Complete the Registration Process by following these instructions below.

Step 3: Complete this Colorado Proof of Residency Affidavit, sign with a “wet signature” (meaning it CANNOT be typed), and then return to Dean of Operations, Kaci Sintek, at kaci_sintek@kacisintek
