Larry Shavers is the current Math 2 teacher for Denver Online. He is originally from Baton Rouge, LA and went up to north Louisiana to get his BS in Math and Chemistry Education and his MS in Educational Leadership from Louisiana Tech University. After starting his teaching career for a year in Louisiana and another 9 years in Jeffco, he has made his way to DPS through East High School. He is excited to continue his DPS journey with the amazing students here at Denver Online! Outside of school, Mr. Shavers enjoys music in all forms, playing/coaching softball during his summers, and being up in the mountains as much as possible.
